The Group of Belgian entrepreneurs and Argentines opened the first creperie Chez Michou in Buzios, Rua das Pedras, in the Decade of 1980. The crepes were getting famous and quickly the network has grown to the city of Rio de Janeiro.
In Barra da Tijuca, the store opened in 2011 and its proximity to the beach makes religious devour a crepe there with friends after bathing. Relaxed atmosphere with a refreshing balcony.
Ocean garden open to the sky
Not everything is inside the Mall in Barra da Tijuca. Despite the fame of the neighborhood, the part known as Jardim Oceânico, also called Low bar, offers open-air gastronomy and entertainment.
More than 500 restaurants participate in the Rio 2012 Gastronomy. From 16 to 26 August, the festival promotes a great banquet for the city combining cuisine and art. Participants offer a special menu with starter, main dish and dessert-at competitive prices.
