Joaquina

The name of the restaurant is based on a character: a escrava Joaquina, who won freedom thanks to the culinary skills. This character is inspired by the decoration of the House.

The menu emphasises the flavour of Brazilian cuisine. But it offers also many Italians, Germans and other dishes. In fact, the food of Joaquina can be described as contemporary, or international. The House serves pasta, meats, soups, creams, vegetarian dishes and even special dishes for children. It also offers an Executive menu for quick meals.

The chopp (of Brahma) is always served to 2 degrees below zero. The Joaquina cachaças also serves high-quality wine list and 21 labels.
