Temaki footprint

The temaki (cone-shaped sushi) should receive a small amount of soy sauce just about the fish (never over rice). To prevent the shoyu drips out of the cone bend the tip of seaweed (nori).

Drinking in tchawan

You must pick up the tchawan (the small bowl for soup) with the right hand and never put the thumb inside it. In the case of women, the right is grab it with both hands. In the case of misoshiro, one should take the tchawan near the mouth and while taking your broth can continue holding the hashi or rest it. Avoid taking the broth by manipulating the hashi in tchawan, since it is not polished.

Wet in Nigirizushi

In the case of nigirizushi (rice with raw fish slice coverage), we dive into the part of the fish in soy sauce and rice, it undermines the enjoyment of the flavor of sushi and rice cake can be cut. It is worth pointing out that the rice is already tempered and fish.
